Session 1 (Introductory)
After considering the forms, the applicants will be officially invited to take part in the introductory session. Training at this stage represents a series of lectures and presentations constructed on the basis of national and international competitive experience. Participants can make notes. The records and the materials received by the trainees during a theoretical course, remain at their disposal. The theoretical part of lectures cannot be recorded to video, audio or other electronic carriers. The session includes the theory training which includes the basic aspects of the professional judging, the principles of natural and artificial nail design and architecture, the analysis of existing judging systems, 10-point system of judging, criteria and their value, studying the technology of the competition organization by various kinds of works. Apart from the theoretical part, introductory session includes the first practical session in terms of a real judging training on models. During the contest discussion, the Advisory Council, including the Competition Organizers and Honorable judges, can primarily estimate professional qualities of potential trainees using special estimation system. Introductory session comes to an end with practice as on-stage-helpers and/or judicial practice in a judging cabin (which is up to the INES President) under the supervision of Honorable judges (experts).
The Second session is practical. It consists in judging at two competitions under the supervision of Honorable judge, the real competitive works are to be estimated. The applicants together with the Valid judges and Honorable judges are settled in a judicial cabin. During the work estimation, the judges practically train the applicants in all aspects of judicial practice. Results of applicants' work are brought in training sheets which are totally identical to the official competition estimation sheets. To estimate the next competition nomination the applicant is attached to another Honorable judge. Applicants' scores are not considered in the official results. To be admitted to the second practical session the applicant should prepare two competitors who should be registered for each of the contests. They take part in competition on exclusive terms (without paying of a registration fee). Since this moment the applicant receives the status of the Trainee, which is confirmed by a Diploma during the award ceremony on completion of the competition.
Sessions 3 – 5
These sessions are identical to Session 2. However the trainees are admitted to each of them only after official registration at a competition not less than 4 competitors, prepared by the trainee (not less than 2 competitors for modeling nomination, not less than 2 in a nomination on design). They take part in a competition on exclusive terms (without paying of a registration fee). Salon manicure nomination is not considered. The foreigners should prepare 2 participants competing in two different nominations (besides Salon manicure). Also they have no need to pay a registration fee.

After the judging termination the results are discussed with the Advisory Council (Organizing Committee and Honorable judges). Applicants' scores are not considered in the official results. After that the members of the Advisory Council discuss the results of all six sessions and make the decision concerning each trainee. In case of the positive decision to the trainee is conferred the qualification of the Valid judge and a certain Certificate is given. In case of the negative decision the Session 6 can be repeated up to the positive decision./p
